Welcome to our accessible and easy to use website
We are committed to make sure our website is easy to use by everyone. We aim to make it ‘useable’ - that is to make it easy to find information about the services and facilities you need. It will also be ‘accessible’ for everyone - regardless of age, experience, disability or their available technology.
External sites
IHA is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You should be aware that some links will take you to external sites and that these sites will open up in other browser windows.

All attachments (with rare exception) on this website are pdfs (portable document format). The advantage of using pdfs is that it will always be presented consistently.

This means that throughout our site all our attachments are presented in the same way. Pdfs are often smaller in size so are easy for you to down load if you want to keep a copy on your computer.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open pdf files, but this can be downloaded free at the adobe website.

If you’d like to contact us with comments about our site, suggestions on how we can improve it or to report a link that doesn’t work, please email
